Privacy policy

Effective: July 8, 2026 Dice Warden Forge

Dice Warden Forge ("the forge", "we", "us") collects only what it needs to quote, build, and ship your order. This policy explains what that is, why we have it, and what your choices are.

1. What we collect

Contact and order details — your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered.
Payment information — handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
Quote requests — the campaign details, dimensions, reference art, and any 3D files you send us so we can scope your commission.
Site usage — standard technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) collected through cookies and Shopify's analytics so the store works and we can see what people browse.

2. How we use it

To prepare quotes, take payment, build your order, and ship it.
To answer your messages and send order updates.
To keep records we are legally required to keep (tax, accounting).
To improve the store — which products people look at, where checkout stalls.
To send marketing email only if you opted in; every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store run:

Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders (see Shopify's own privacy policy).
Payment processors used at checkout.
Shipping carriers, who receive your name and address to deliver your order.
Email and analytics tools we use to send messages and understand site traffic.
Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it.

4. Cookies

The store uses cookies for the essentials — keeping your cart together, remembering your session, and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may not work without the essential ones.

5. Your files

3D models and artwork you send for a quote are used only to scope and produce your order. We keep them for the duration of the project and a reasonable archive period in case you reorder, and we delete them on request once no order depends on them. We never resell or redistribute customer-supplied files.

6. How long we keep things

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Quote requests that never become orders are cleared out periodically. Marketing lists keep your email until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep legally required records).
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
EU and UK customers have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.

8. Security

Checkout runs over encrypted connections handled by Shopify. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfill your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the attack surface small: we simply do not collect what we do not need.

9. Children

The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
